  • Account Creation:  Players must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person, multiple accounts prohibited. Any falsification of information will result in account suspension or termination.
  • Funding Accounts  Players can fund their accounts using the available payment methods. All transactions are subject to the respective payment service providers' terms and fees. We may require identity verification before payouts

3. Participation in Tournaments and Competitions

  • Platform-organised only: All events (including head-to-head) are organised by PlayerSaloons with published rules and fixed prize structures.
  • Entry Fees:  Players entry fees are paid from their account balance to join an event. No peer-to-peer wagering or side-bets are permitted.
  • Match Scheduling  Players are responsible for being aware of their match schedules and showing up on time. Failure to appear on time may result in forfeiture. Know your match times and be punctual
  • Game Ownership:  Players must own a legitimate copy of the games they wish to compete in.

4. Match Rules and Conduct

  • Match Settings  Players must adhere to the match settings and rules provided for each tournament or competition.
  • Fair Play  Any form of cheating, exploiting game bugs, or using unauthorized software will lead to immediate disqualification and potential banning.
  • Connection  Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection. Matches will not be restarted due to connection issues once they have begun. Ensure a stable internet connection

5. Reporting Results

  • Result Submission  Both players must report match results promptly and accurately through the Playersaloons.com platform.
  • Disputes  Any disputes must be reported immediately with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, video recordings) for review by PlayerSaloons.com.  PlayerSaloons adjudicates disputes, decisions may be considered final subject to the appeals process

6. Payouts and Fees

  • Prize Distribution:  Winners are credited according to the event’s prize structure after deduction of the Payment provider processing fees and administrative service fee.
  • Timing: Payouts are initiated within 24 hours and typically complete within 1–7 business days, subject to KYC/AML verification, fraud checks, and payment-processor timelines.
  • Transaction Fees:  All payment-processor fees for deposits/withdrawals are the responsibility of the player.

  3. The winner's account will be credited with the winnings after deducting service fee retained by PlayerSaloons.com.

6. What happens if there is a dispute over the game results? Open a dispute promptly and upload evidence (screenshots/video). Our admins review and make a fair decision.

If there is a dispute:

  2. Provide evidence, such as screenshots or video clips, to support your claim.
  3. Our dispute resolution team will review the case and make a fair decision.

To withdraw your winnings:

Refund & Cancellation Policy (PlayerSaloons)

Applies to: Playersaloons.com operated by SkillPlay Limited (“PlayerSaloons”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Purpose and scope

This policy explains when and how entry fees, deposits, and withdrawals may be refunded or credited on PlayerSaloons. It covers platform-organised, skill-based competitions (including head-to-head events and group tournaments). It does not cover any third-party products or services.

Important: PlayerSaloons runs platform-organised events with fixed entry fees and published prize structures. No peer-to-peer wagering is permitted.

2) Key definitions

   Entry Fee  The fixed amount you pay to enter a specific event.

   Prize Pool  The total pool used for prizes (after any applicable administrative service fee).

   Administrative Service Fee  The 10% fee PlayerSaloons applies to entry fees to operate the platform and events.

   Wallet Balance  Your PlayerSaloons account balance available for entry fees or withdrawal.

   Promotional Credits  Non-withdrawable credits granted by PlayerSaloons (bonuses, coupons, etc.).

3) Summary (TL;DR)

        If PlayerSaloons cancels an event before it starts, we automatically refund the entry fee (to your wallet or original payment method, see §9).

        If an event starts and is later voided due to a platform fault, we refund or credit fairly for affected matches/rounds (§6).

       If you withdraw, no-show, are disqualified for rule violations, or the result stands, entry fees are non-refundable (§5).

       Deposits: If unused, you can request refund to original payment method or withdrawal (subject to processor timing/fees and KYC checks) (§8–§9).

       Promotional credits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable (§10).

       We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to decide within 10 business days (§12).

4) Eligibility for refund or credit (events)

You may be eligible for a refund or account credit if:

       The event is cancelled by PlayerSaloons before it starts; or

       The event is materially affected by a platform outage or a technical failure attributable to PlayerSaloons and cannot be fairly resumed; or

       You were incorrectly charged (duplicate charge, wrong amount).

5) When entry fee are not refundable

Entry fees are non-refundable if any of the following applies:

       You withdrew from the event after joining or failed to appear (no-show);

       You were disqualified for breaking rules (e.g., cheating, collusion, abusive conduct, unauthorized software);

       The match completed and the result stands under the event rules and dispute process;

       The disruption was caused by your device, connection, account issues, or breach of rules.

Disconnects/no-shows: We follow the published event rules. Admin decisions made under those rules generally do not give rise to refunds.

6) Platform outage or fault after start

If a tournament has started and a platform-level outage or error prevents fair completion:

        We may reschedule, restart affected rounds, or void the event;

        Where voided, we will refund or credit the affected entry fees (full or pro-rated) at our reasonable discretion, guided by the progress made and fairness to all entrants.

7) Disputes and result reviews

        Use the in-platform dispute tools within the stated time window and provide evidence (screenshots, short clips).

        If our admins overturn a result or void a match due to verified misconduct, we may adjust prizes and issue credits/refunds accordingly.

8) Deposits, withdrawals, and KYC/AML

        Deposits are credited to your wallet. If unused, you may request a refund to the original payment method or a withdrawal to your chosen payout method.

        Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC/AML) and are subject to processor timing and checks.

        If KYC fails and there is no suspicion of fraud, we will refund unused deposits to the original payment method where possible.
